I know that this may sound like a mere formality to announce that the time for sunsetting ICN has come. A lot of emotions come to my mind when I think about all the beautiful memories we made, the excitement to read stories, the enthusiasm of you all to give your feedback, the dreams we shared and lived, everything. How can I forget that during the Covid times, ICN was bustling with activity to give us happiness when our lives had turned upside down.
I can go on and on about what we accomplished here at ICN. But let me take a moment to share how I feel at this moment. I actually feel free as if a huge burden has been removed from my shoulders. The success of this platform actually meant a tremendous amount of work to publish things on a regular basis. And I was finding it very hard to meet these expectations.
How can I thank Ankita Sharma (who never wanted credit), Shruti Sinha and Prerna Desai who had been helping me with the process for a long time? I had a full team behind me supporting and encouraging me. Still it became too much for my personal life.
Given the huge reach of this platform, I thought we will be able to revive it again and use it for better use for our cross-dressing community. But all our team members including me, got occupied with their personal lives.
Moreover, the world has changed a lot since we started ICN. Now, most people like to engage with more visual content on Instagram and Youtube. So, I have decided to let ICN go and free ourselves of any expectations of the revival.
So, my dear ladies, this is a final good bye to all our loyal readers and the beautiful contributors. Thank you very much for the sweet memories and the love you gave me. Keep smiling and stay beautiful!
